Basic Rules of Netball

  • 7 Players on court

  • Squad of up to 10

  • Mixed teams are be allowed but restricted to 2 boys on court max.                           (This means boys can play, max of two on the court and they can only play positions C, WD or WA, so they do not dominate the shooting circles)

  • You can still play an ALL GIRLS team if you wish

  • We will be strict on footwork, marking distance and passing over a third!

  • Teams to bring bibs and 1 ball with them

  • 3 seconds with the ball

  • Trainers to be worn or other suitable footwear, NOT studs or School Shoes please
